Made from Trebbiano grapes from an over-40-year-old vineyard with a low yield. The wine ferments and ages for 18 months in small, new-oak barrels. It has an intense and luminous straw-yellow color and a broad and intense aroma of laurel, wild herbs, chamomile, incense and strawberry honey. The mouthfeel is creamy yet taut, balanced and with a finish that has an excellent persistence with an aftertaste of honey and eucalyptus. The structure is that of a red disguised as a white.
