Long Story Short Sauvignon Blanc Bubbles J.L. DENOIS, LIMOUX Classique Brut- Vin Mousseaux de Qualite NV Hillersden Estate Sauvignon Blanc Bubbles
Our lightly frizzante Sauv Blanc Bubbles is a joyful glass of everything that is great about the Marlborough region. Sunshine, sand and seafood define the classic New Zealand summertime. This wine is summertime in a glass. Bursting with personality and aromas of green apple and freshly cut melon, this effervescent beauty should be well chilled prior to enjoyment.

Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Syrah, Chardonnay

A rare blend of "Blancs de Noirs" (white juice from 70% black grapes) bringing elegance, freshness and finesse. A fruity, red berry (currant) finish.

100% Sauvignon Blanc. Clean. Crisp. Bright. A combination of gooseberry, melon, tropical fruits and lime zest, along with an elegant seam of acidity, and a refreshing effervescence. This crisp, vibrant wine elevates classic Marlborough Sauvignon to celebratory levels. A perfect partner to the freshest of seafood, particularly oysters. Equally delicious on it’s own, and imperative where there is cause to raise one’s glass.
J.L. DENOIS, LIMOUX Brut Rose- Vin Mousseaux de Qualite NV FAMIGLIA OLIVINI, Garda Rose DOC Brut Classico OLIVINI, Lugana DOC Brut Metodo Classico

100% Pinot Noir

A smooth, dry rose with a delicate salmon pink color. Fine, long-lasting mousse, strawberry and raspberry aromas. Fruity, creamy and refreshing.

Wine obtained from the rosé vinification of classic Garda grapes clarified with a special focus on the percentage of the varieties that make it and at harvest time. After a stopover on the yeast in the bottle for at least 24 months, the wine is of a light pink color, floral on the nose with a remarkable tasting thickness. Spumante exclusively obtained from Trebbiano di Lugana grapes, made with the traditional classic method. After an early harvest, the wine is fermented in the bottle, resting on the yeasts for least 30 months, thus acquiring its typical characteristics. The perlage is fine and persistent, the scents are definitely fruity, accompanied by a fresh, savoury but at the same time creamy and defined taste with light bubbles.
