Wine obtained from the rosé vinification of classic Garda grapes clarified with a special focus on the percentage of the varieties that make it and at harvest time. After a stopover on the yeast in the bottle for at least 24 months, the wine is of a light pink color, floral on the nose with a remarkable tasting thickness.

Brilliant soft pink colour, with fine and persistent perlage. Bouquet with floral and berry aromas, with a particular note of raspberry and peach blossom. The taste is fresh and balanced with mineral background notes and a juicy softness on the palate. Pure Glera grape.

Spumante exclusively obtained from Trebbiano di Lugana grapes, made with the traditional classic method. After an early harvest, the wine is fermented in the bottle, resting on the yeasts for least 30 months, thus acquiring its typical characteristics. The perlage is fine and persistent, the scents are definitely fruity, accompanied by a fresh, savoury but at the same time creamy and defined taste with light bubbles.

This wine is a salmon pink hue with bright golden tints. It has a persistent stream of fine bubbles. Reminiscent of a summery bouquet of fresh fruit, with the right balance of sweetness and acidity (red currants and vine peach). The Pinot Noir's concentration and maturity adds distinctive notes of 'fruit liqueur' (raspberry) and aromas of roasted almonds and gingerbread. The attack is voluptuous- it is both intense and amazingly light; a concentrated blend of fruit based on chalky freshness and firm, but well-integrated tannins that strengthen the wine's precision and appeal. The ensemble is very harmonious, beautifully integrated, and gives an impression of natural fullness, which is both refined and profound.
