Bursting with intense aromas of lemon zest, bell pepper and nettle, with
lively stone fruit notes adding allure and complexity. This cooler microclimate
delivers a wine with an elegant array of delicious flavor, a combination of
jalapeño, zesty apple, and a crisp passionfruit finish. While this exciting Sauvignon
Blanc is deliciously drinkable on its own, we suggest that you explore the
pairing of Hillersden Sauvignon Blanc with fresh seafood and grilled spring
vegetables.

Hillersden Sauvignon Blanc delivers the Upper Wairau valley and the 2017
vintage in a glass with bright citrus and tropical fruit, grass and just the
perfect seam of acidity. Bursting with intense aromas of lemon, lime and
bergamot, with stone fruit notes offering a bit of complexity on the mid-palate
and finishing with crisp passionfruit. Deliciously drinkable on its own, we
also suggest pairing our Sauvignon Blanc with fresh seafood, grilled spring
vegetables, and feta or Chevre cheeses.

Domaine Fournier Sauvignon is a dry, fresh white wine with a powerful aroma. It has a particular flavor originating from a mix of currant bushes in buds, grapes of table and passion fruits. Suggested dishes: It accompanies perfectly oysters, seafood, the pork-butcheries such as the “rillettes” or goat's milk cheese.

Sauvignon Blanc. Clean. Crisp. Bright. A combination of gooseberry, melon,
tropical fruits and lime zest, along with an elegant seam of acidity, and a
refreshing effervescence. This crisp, vibrant wine elevates classic Marlborough
Sauvignon to celebratory levels. A perfect partner to the freshest of seafood,
particularly oysters. Equally delicious on it’s own, and imperative where there
is cause to raise one’s glass.

Very pure and chiseled, with gooseberry, straw and flint flavors tightly
coiled, driven by a mouthwatering fleur de sel note through the long, bone-dry
finish, which is built on minerality. Press 92 Points Wine
