Montepulciano D'Abruzzo is a red Italian wine made from the Montepulciano wine grape in the Abruzzo region of east-central Italy.

DOC Under Italian wine laws, Montepulciano d'Abruzzo can be produced as a rosé (where it is usually labeled as Cerasuolo). The wine must be composed of a minimum of 85% Montepulciano with up to 15% of Sangiovese permitted to fill out the remainder of the wine.
Grape Variety: 80% Aglianico, 10% Sangiovese, 10% Merlot
Organoleptic characteristics: intense ruby red color, powerfully aromatic with notes of dark cherries, prunes and roasted chestnuts. Dense plum and dark
cherry flavors lead this Aglianico before yielding to notes of ground coffee,
candied citrus peels and clove spices as it develops on the tongue.
Serve with: fist courses, roasted meat, game.

The Chateau de Pizay is one of the oldest and most famous estates of the Beaujolais region. Since the Middle Ages the fine wines of the Château de Pizay have been appreciated by Beaujolais-lovers.

Soil: middle hard clayey soil with gravely structure. Vinification and Maturing: pure vinification (every single type of grape). Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 79-82ºF. Maceration for 12 days with only natural yeast. Malolactic fermentation and ageing in second use barriques.
The color is ruby-red, bright and fruity aromas with notes of flowers and herbs. The taste is fresh with round tannins and a delicious aftertaste.

The composition of Groppello, Marzemino, Sangiovese and Barbera grapes, with an accurate vinification method, allow to concentrate and bring out the characteristics of this wine at the most. The wine has a lively, purple colour. Good velvet and harmonic texture with intense scents that remind of wild berries.

This 148 acre property is situated in Begadan, one of the top villages of the Northern Medoc. Part of the original classification of Crus Bourgeois in 1932, it has been owned by the Bibey family since 1970. It is now managed by the dynamic young winemaker, Jerome Bibey. Passionate about his work, he employs only sustainable agriculture practices in the vineyard.

It is planted with 51% Merlot, 42% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Cabernet Franc, 3% Petit Verdot with an average age of 30 years. The soil combines clay limestone and the classic Medoc gravel.

Varieties: principally a blend of Corvina Veronese and Corvinone, remaining small
percentage of other autochthonous varieties as permitted in the production regulations.
Ruby red colour, with scents of preserved fruit and notes of vanilla and spices.

Aged for 23 months in 50% new French oak. Bright ruby-red. Aromas of cassis, black cherry, menthol and cedary, chocolatey new oak. Juicy, youthfully medicinal flavors of black cherry, dark chocolate and fresh herbs show good concentration and definition. But firm-edged, slightly drying tannins will require a couple of years to harmonize with the wine’s fruit. A touch herbal on the back end but finishes with good persistence.

Made from Trebbiano grapes from an over-40-year-old vineyard with a low yield. The wine ferments and ages for 18 months in small, new-oak barrels. It has an intense and luminous straw-yellow color and a broad and intense aroma of laurel, wild herbs, chamomile, incense and strawberry honey. The mouthfeel is creamy yet taut, balanced and with a finish that has an excellent persistence with an aftertaste of honey and eucalyptus. The structure is that of a red disguised as a white.

Yellow gold color. The nose reveals evident concentration along with a distinctive expression of ripe fresh and dried yellow peach and yellow plum and toasted highlights. The wine is restrained on attack, opening slowly and offering dried yellow fruits and toast along with a well-balanced structure. Full-bodied, this white Burgundy has moderate richness and a final buttery note. 90 pts W.S.

Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre, Cinsault Nearly dense very dark garnet with purple rim. The warm, generous aroma displays mature black cherry with a suggestion of jam and spice. In the mouth, this Gigondas is far more restrained and less expressive at this stage. The moderately full taste is not dense and offers underlying ripe black cherry matched by notable acidity and ripe tannin which come up at the conclusion. Colour: vivid, radiant garnet
Bouquet: fresh and full of character, with aromas of spiced, alcohol-steeped
fruit and classic mineral undertones.
In the mouth: rounded, but full and rich, with refined, elegant tannins and a
gentle acidity.
Food pairings: Red meats, game
This wine is predominantly Syrah from Watch Hill with the balance being Mourvedre from Martian Vineyard and Grenache from Watch Hill. We separately produced and barrel aged the components with the blend coming together just in advance of bottling. The wines for this blend were gently destemmed and then cold soaked for 4 days and fermented with gentle punchdowns. Aged in all tight grained French oak barrels with 37% new for 19 months.

70% Grenache, 25% Syrah and 5% Counoise with an average age of over 30 years. Very approachable with ripe fruit on nose. Spicy flavors of pepper and ripe cherries on the palate. A classic with steaks, barbecues, cheeses and hearty dishes.

Petite Sirah dominates the blend (46%) and was first to be harvested.  This was followed by Syrah (31%) a week later and added to the tank and kept cool awaiting the Zinfandel (23%) that followed a few days later. Petite Sirah continues to contribute a deep purple hue so typical of the varietal along with masculine notes of blue and black fruits on the nose and palate. Syrah contributes its typical beacon fat character on the nose and a sense of elegance on the palate while Zinfandel adds its characteristic red berries, pepper and spice.

Deep, black fruit aromas on the nose with a touch of sweet cherries. The palate is tender and soft with ripe fruit. The finish is fresh and elegant. Clearly a wine with excellent aging potential.

Made with 40% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Cabernet Franc, this opens with subtle aromas of black currant and baking spice. The palate offers red plum and vanilla alongside grainy tannins. Spice up your life! Our Cabernet Franc offers aromatics of spice, cloves and anise. The flavors follow berry, currant and a little jam. The wine has a mid-weight attack, medium to full body. The tannins are well integrated and well balanced.

A grape from Finca El Monte (Labastida), old vines on hillside terrain. 80% tempranillo, 15% graciano, 5% mazuelo. Aged 15 months in French oak barrels, bottled at least 2 years. Ruby, violet color. Ripe black fruit- blackberries & plum, toast with spicy notes of premium oak. Full bodied, warm, silky, ripe tannins give great structure and body. Pleasant to drink mineral notes give the wine a special character. Long and persistent aftertaste.
