From the St. Jean Clone, a fresh, clean Chardonnay with a hint of creaminess in the texture. Creme Bruleé, Golden Apple, Bosc pear, a hint of lemon and toasty oak. 40% Barrel Fermented and aged Sur-Lie with partial malolactic fermentation. Crisp and vibrant with a touch of richness. 192 cases produced.

A dense, black, purple- and blue-fruited Cabernet Sauvignon with wonderful spice and texture. Fruit aromas of blackberry, cassis, and blueberry accented by vanilla, toasty oak, and violet notes. Further layers of dark chocolate, graphite, garrigue, clove, and cedar. Medium dry with long caressing tannins. Stays fresh in the mouth with compelling structure and smoothness.
