Wine obtained from the rosé vinification of classic Garda grapes clarified with a special focus on the percentage of the varieties that make it and at harvest time. After a stopover on the yeast in the bottle for at least 24 months, the wine is of a light pink color, floral on the nose with a remarkable tasting thickness.
Spumante exclusively obtained from Trebbiano di Lugana grapes, made with the traditional classic method. After an early harvest, the wine is fermented in the bottle, resting on the yeasts for least 30 months, thus acquiring its typical characteristics. The perlage is fine and persistent, the scents are definitely fruity, accompanied by a fresh, savoury but at the same time creamy and defined taste with light bubbles.
